Trip/Event Form

This form should be completed in detail for any trip/event that your society, club or student group have planned.

PLEASE SUBMIT THIS FORM AT LEAST 15 WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO ANY PLANNED TRIP OR EVENT.

Please be advised that you should not book/pay for anything until your trip/event has been approved by Beds SU staff and a signed form has been returned to you. Beds SU will not reimburse any expense lost if an event/trip is not authorised, even if you have already paid.
