All fields below must be completed in order to finalise your application. A decision on your application will be made by a member of the Be Involved Team. If your application is approved, a member of the Be Involved team will arrange a meeting to finalise the set up of your society. If your application is declined, you shall be emailed with a reason why, you have the right to appeal this decision as per the Societies Code of Practice. When setting a registration amount, factors to consider are: This must be at least £1 Is the fee cost effective Will the fee put members off Will it enable you group to remain sustainable This fee will need to be paid by any student who wishes to join your group. Memberships will need to be renewed as of August 1st

Please think wisely about the number of positions you have, as you will have to fill these every year
You can be affiliated with an outside organisation however this must be approved by Beds SU first
