Student Groups: Room Booking Form

This form should only be used for activities exclusively for your society members. If any of the following apply you will need to complete a Trip/Event Form:

-Non-members are attending (UoB students who aren’t members)
-You are going off campus
-You are charging for an activity
-You are not using the Be Involved Zoom account or your society Microsoft Teams group for an online meeting

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 5 WORKING DAYS NOTICE WHEN REQUESTING A ROOM.

If any of your society members have accessibility requirements please ensure you take this into account when booking a room (e.g. will you need a lecture theatre with wheelchair access? Will you need someone to provide closed captioning - aka subtitles - if you have a screen presentation/item).

Please note: Rooms you request must be relevant to the amount of members you have. Room bookings can only be taken for one semester at a time. Room availability is never guaranteed and during winter, spring and summer breaks room access is even more limited.
